Yes, I have a spooky themed tattoo sleeve. No, my hair probably isn't the same color as the the last time you saw me - it changes all the time and every color of the rainbow! Not your typical cowgal, huh?

I specialize in western, boho, and farm lifestyle photography; I photograph rodeos, small/micro weddings and elopements, engagements, western fashion - though pretty much anything western/ranchy/punchy is my forte! I also love taking livestock and equine photos!
I love to work with small (and large!) businesses to promote their products by shooting creative content and promoting their brands on my Instagram and Facebook accounts, as well as my website! I have always been a country girl/cowgirl and I love being able to integrate that into the fashion world and my business.
If you're looking for a photog with the love of simple western living, is probably wearing a stained pair of jeans (with the exception of weddings - I have a jumpsuit for that!), and wants to capture your authentic self... I'm ya gal! And while I focus on the western side of life, if you think we would work good together, I'm 100% on board with trying new things and un-related to Ag shoots, too! I've shot some boudoir, done some themed shoots, I offer holiday minis, and I've even shot a Halloween themed wedding!

I have experience in logo and web design, stallion and bull flyers, seamless files for fabric printing, and t-shirt design!
A little more about my life:
I'm from a teeny tiny town (not even a town - a village) in the corn fields of Southern Illinois on a little family farm. You know the kind, where the door is never locked, and you walk in to the one gas station and you say "whatever my daddy smokes," and they hand you a pack of his brand. I uprooted in 2020 to yet another tiny town called Freeburg in Missouri. I travel back and forth between So. IL and MO for styled shoots and holiday minis, so I will be back if you're in either area!
I went to college twice. The first time focusing on art/web design/dark room photography (yeah, OLD OLD school photography!), and the second time I became a certified medium/heavy duty diesel mechanic.
I live with my husband J.J., our sweet and very hard headed little girl Wylee Jo, our blue heeler/border collie mixed mess Boone, and Wylee's tank of fish. And then there's Sassy, Wylee's miniature horse. Our dream is to buy a plot of land here in MO and build our forever home and herd.

I paint, I re-do vintage furniture, I have made logos and digital designs, decals, shirts and sweaters, iron-on patches, wedding bouquets, invitations for weddings and birthday parties, and plenty of up-cycled projects and home design! My boutique started out handmade home decor and t-shirts!

My husband, J.J., and my sister Ashley - more than likely, you'll see one or both of them at some point!
J.J.
J.J. has been supporting me for a long time - we got together in 2011! He bought me my first "fancy" camera and supported me by building sets and carrying all of the things!
We got hitched in April 2017, Wylee Jo came along in September for 2018, and the rest... well, is history, as they say! He loves me enough to work the day job while I stay and "work" from home doing this and caring for Wylee Jo - super dreamy, right?
Ashley
Ashley is my sister, assistant, secretary, set building helper, animal and kid herder, mother-in-law tamer, and client posing extraordinaire!
She can schedule sessions, map locations, bounce my crazy ideas, and work 40+ hours a week with a toddler on her hip. She keeps me sane most days!
