The Best Local Vendors For Your Mid Missouri Wedding
There are few things I love more than planning imaginary cowboy weddings (hit me up, because I can plan like none other AND take pictures!).. except planning cowboy weddings with local vendors!
There is always something so satisfying knowing that while you could probably gather a lot fo what you need at big box stores, you're supporting a small business and adding a personal, local touch to your big day. River City has been voted Jefferson City's best florist, featured on The Knot, and is a WeddingWire rated business. Enough said, right? They are such sweet people and make the most beautiful bouquets! (They also have the absolute cutest greenhouse with lots of plants to buy!)
✦ Argyle Catering
Look, y'all.. Rural Mid Missouri isn't known for being really fancy. But the things I have seen and tasted from Argyle Catering - amazing. Top notch. You'd never guess you didn't hire out a fancy uptown New York City restauraunt with the selection, professionalism, and georgeous plating of the food!
✦ Grace & Lace Wedding & Event Rentals
Grace & Lace is our neighbor, right here in little ol' Freeburg! With everything you need for rentals covered, beautifully set up, and taken down for you, they really make your life a lot easier and your day run smoother!
✦ Rose Oak Acres Farm Wedding Venue
I always recommend having your wedding at your family's farm or ranch, but if that's not an option, Rose Oak Acres in St. James has my vote. Beautiful scenery, barn, greenhouse, cabin, and yes - COWS, they have my vote for local venue!
